DOMACAP’s purpose is to actively contribute to a fairer and more inclusive world by mobilizing its human, intellectual, financial, and professional resources to create a positive societal impact.

With this in mind, DOMACAP commits to dedicating 1% of its annual turnover or net profit to support associations working for vulnerable people (poverty, isolation, disability, etc.). This choice ensures a regular commitment, without compromising the company’s sustainability, by adapting to the economic realities of each fiscal year.

Furthermore, DOMACAP takes concrete actions to promote inclusion by:

Promoting the employment of people in vulnerable situations, those in reintegration programs, or career transitions;
Encouraging its employees, business partners, suppliers, shareholders, and all economic actors to adopt a supportive, inclusive, and responsible approach.
