- If your referral becomes our client, you receive €1500 for each real estate opportunity (sale or purchase) and €150 for other services (mortgage, loan insurance, co-investment and management). Your referral will receive up to €150.

2. Fill in your referral's information as well as your own in the dedicated form.
3. A Domacap advisor will contact your referral within the day to explain how we operate.
4. If your referral becomes a client, you will receive €1500 for the real estate transaction, €150 for mortgage brokerage, insurance brokerage, real estate life insurance savings, and furnished property management including concierge services.
5. Your referral will receive €50 to €150 if they become a DOMACAP client. €50 for mortgage brokerage and insurance brokerage, and €150 for real estate transactions.
You can refer a maximum of 25 per year, who will be systematically contacted to validate your referral. For more than 25 per year: please consult us.
1. The referral must be established in France.
2. A referral cannot be the subject of multiple sponsorships, so in case of multiple submissions of the same referral, the sponsor who first transmitted the referral's data will be the only one to receive the reward.
As part of the referral offer, DomaCap is required to process personal data of the sponsor and the referral.
The sponsor commits to having obtained the referral's consent before any transfer of personal data related to them and to have informed them of the purpose of the processing that will be done.
DomaCap commits to processing the personal data of the referral and the sponsor in accordance with its privacy policy.
The sponsor and the referral have, under the conditions defined by the applicable data protection regulations, a right of access to data concerning them, a right to rectify said data, a right to object to the processing of their data, a right to erasure and limitation of processing as well as a right to the portability of their personal data.
