Domacap

Why DOMACAP?

It all begins with the story of Lucas’s grandparents, the founder of Domacap.

They arrived in France in the 60s, full of hope. His grandfather was a miner. All his life, he worked underground, in difficult conditions, without ever being able to become a homeowner. Real estate was an unattainable dream for him.

So, five years before his retirement, he decided to build a house in his country of origin, Algeria. His house. To spend his old age there. But fate decided otherwise: he died of lung cancer, one year before his retirement. He never lived in that house. He never knew the comfort of having a place of his own.

This Story Deeply Marked Lucas.

Later, when he created an association to help refugees integrate in France (see Lucas’s report here: https://youtu.be/b-UMy6bO7XY?feature=shared ), Lucas saw the same reality: courageous people, hardworking, full of determination… but blocked when it came to buying property. Why? Because it’s an obstacle course. A real labyrinth: – A bank for saving, – A real estate agent for searching, – A broker for financing, – An insurer for coverage, – An accountant for optimization, – An agency or concierge service if you want to rent… One project, six points of contact. Too many for most. Many give up. Others move forward in uncertainty. And some don’t even know they can achieve it.

That's why Lucas Created Domacap.

Domacap.io is a unique platform that centralizes everything needed to access property ownership or invest:
savings, purchase, financing, insurance, taxation, property management.
Simple. Smooth. Supported.

> Lucas’s mission: to ensure that no motivated person ever remains locked out of the system, as his grandfather was.

And for those who want to sell? Domacap also offers a real alternative.

Instead of choosing between a simple mandate (too slow) and an exclusive one (too closed), Lucas imagined the grouped mandate:
the client entrusts the sale to Domacap, and Domacap collaborates with all agents in the area.
Result: a sale twice as fast, with a single point of contact.
